8:30 - 9:00 a.m. - Registration

9:00 - 9:10 a.m. - Introductions

9:10 – 10:00 a.m. - Flex Running & Speed Training

10:00 - 11:15 a.m. - Position Play and Instruction

11:15 - 12:00 p.m. - Pro-Style Workout

12:00 - 1:00 p.m. – Lunch Break

1:00 – 3:00 p.m. - Hitting Stations and Instruction

3:00 - 6:00 p.m. – Games

 

About the Camp

GWU’s one-day Winter Super Skills Showcase Camp will be held on the campus of Gardner-Webb University.  Winter camp will be Saturday, January 10.  The camp is open to players in grades 8-12. The cost of the camp is $120.  Checks can be made out to Gardner-Webb Baseball. Registration will run from 8:30-9:00 a.m. and the camp will conclude at 6:00 p.m. Registration will take place at Hamrick gate in front of the beautiful and newly constructed John Henry Moss Stadium on the campus of GWU.  There will be a one hour lunch break.  Each camper will need to bring a bag lunch or money to eat at one of the local restaurants (Lunch will not be provided).  Camp spots are limited and will fill up quickly.
